The shipment will be made by the international transport company UPS or GLS.
They will be delivered to Access Point collection points closest to your home (UPS will send you location and schedule).
Transit time for delivery will be 2 to 4 business days depending on the destination population.
The cash on delivery option for shipping to Europe is not supported.
Shipments to France will be carried out free of charge if they are less than or equal to 10 Kg and greater than €75.
You can track the shipment, we will send you notification and tracking number by email.
Shipments to Europe are subject to weight and/or volume restrictions (maximum measurements of each package must be less than 120 cm and less than 32 kg), so some very heavy or bulky orders cannot be sent under these conditions. When this happens we will contact you to evaluate other possibilities.
